Road Works
Formation of roads as per layout plan
Wet mix macadam and asphalt layers
Footpath and kerb stone installation
Roadside markings and signages

Stormwater Drainage
Excavation and laying of RCC stormwater drain pipes
Construction of culverts and catch pits
Proper slope maintenance for water flow

Water Supply
Laying of water supply pipelines (HDPE/DI)
Installation of valve chambers and overhead tanks (if applicable)
Testing and commissioning of the water supply system

Underground Drainage (UGD)
Excavation and laying of sewer lines (PVC/SW pipes)
Construction of manholes and inspection chambers
Testing and commissioning of UGD

Electrical Infrastructure Supply and laying of LT/HT cables as per BESCOM norms
Street light pole installation with LED fittings
Construction of transformer yards and switchgear panels (if included)

Compound Wall & Entry Arch (If Applicable) Construction of boundary walls
Installation of entry gates and arches as per design

Landscape (If Applicable) Earthwork, topsoil filling
Planting of trees, shrubs, and turfing of open areas
