Merusri Swamy Orchards (Antelopes) – Infrastructure Developmen

The project involves comprehensive infrastructure development for the plotted development at Merusri Swamy Orchards (Antelopes) and includes the following major component

Road Works
Formation of subgrade and sub-base layers
Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) and Bituminous Asphalt surfacing
Footpath and kerb stone works
Road side stone pitching and shoulder formation.

Storm Water Drainage System
Excavation and laying of RCC storm water drains
Catch pits, gratings, and culvert structures
Proper slope alignment for smooth water flow

Water Supply System
Laying of HDPE/DI pipelines for potable water supply
Construction of valve chambers and tap-off points
Testing and commissioning of the water distribution system

Sewerage / Underground Drainage (UGD) Excavation and laying of sewer pipelines (PVC/SW pipes)
Manholes, inspection chambers, and connection lines
Complete testing and commissioning

Electrical Infrastructure Supply and laying of LT/HT electrical cables
Street light poles with LED fixtures as per BESCOM norms
Transformer yards and electrical panels (if applicable)

Miscellaneous Infrastructure Works Site grading and leveling
Compound walls or boundary fencing (if applicable)
Landscaping of open spaces and avenue plantation (if part of scope)
Markings, signages, and miscellaneous civil structures as per drawings
